The best add-on lenses for you iPhone 7 / 7+

Moment lenses are constantly being reviewed as some of the best lenses that you can get for your iPhone and certain android devices. They started back in Kickstarter and successfully produced the quality that they promised and they're back again this time with a new wide-angle lens designed specifically for the new iPhone 7, plus better cases for you to attach all their lenses on.
I highly recommend you check these out if you want the best.

Finally Magetic Mount + Qi that's affordable

Well its called the Lazy Holder, and is available here on Kickstarter.  Its about $39 USD on early bird and looks to be about funded soon.  I'm a backer, and I hope you become one too!

**note I get a percentage if you back the project through my link.  Thank you! **

Best Smartphone Grip / Tripod Adapter

I found this gem on Amazon the other day for $30!

Its so simple, small and bare that it seems overpriced for what it is if you don't factor in the fact that it grips most standard sized smartphones, has an arca mount, 1/4" and and 3/8" at the bottom, and a finger grip so that you can operate your phone one handed.

The design is good, almost spartan.  I love that there is a minimal amount of plastic, and that (I think) its all made in USA.  Sure, one day these could be manufactured in China where it might just cost $2 a piece shipped, but for now its USA.

Olloclip Studio Series at CES 2016

Olloclip CES 2016 - Spherical Image - RICOH THETA

I had a chance to drop by the Olloclip booth again this year at CES 2016. Unlike previous year(s) at CES, this time I went when there wasn't an entire massive crowd of people, so I got a chance to talk to them and get my hands on some pieces from their Studio series. (Thanks Tim!)

Those of you that don't know Olloclip, they pretty much 'kickstarted' the clip-on lens revolution for the iPhone about 4 years ago and continue to innovate products for creatives in the iOS market.  I have purchased their wide, macro, telephoto combinations for my iPhones over the years (see my quick review of the one for the 5S with polarizer here) and use them for my Every Day Photography up until I upgraded to a newer phone.

At CES 2016 show, I tried the new Studio case and the plastic hand strap.  It was easy enough to attach and allows for more secure photo / video making with one hand or more secure two hand operation with all those extra attachments available.  They didn't have the other accessories ready for hands-on trial as they are still being manufactured.

For more photos from the show, click here.

The above photo show the finger-grip that works with the new case so that different angles are easily achieved with a flick of the wrist for fast action shooters like those on skate boards or hoverboards.  The coldshoe opens up other attachments for the more serious videographer such as a shotgun microphone or the pictured LED light.

These are shipping out to the Kickstarter backers first in Feburary, and are available for pre-order today.  If I get my hands on a set, I'll post a full review.
